Never a bedroom shared. If you are in an apartment the whole apartment is yours. But if in the loft the bedrooms are private but the rest of the apartment is shared. The houses we rent are usually private but in busy times one group may have one floor of bedrooms & one group may have the other floor of bedrooms.

In the apartments there is a private bathroom. In the loft (if more than one group) there are two bathrooms in the upper loft apartment and one bathroom with two showers in the lower loft.

Each unit, whether apartment, house, or loft you will have a microwave and refrigerator. In the houses & loft a coffee maker is provided but you must have your own coffee supplies.

One of our houses will hold up to 29 people, two houses hold 16-19 each. Our lofts can each hold 10-14 people. Our apartments hold 8-9 people.

We do have a few places to park large vehicles and there is parking on the avenue near the loft & houses.

Pets are allowed in about half of our facilities but some are kept pet free to accommodate people who have allergies to pets. You must let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring your pet so we can put you in a unit that is pet accommodating. If you do not, we may not be able to move you to a room that allows pets & you will have to keep it in your vehicle. All customers must pick up after their dogs outside.

No, you may not smoke in any of our units but you may smoke outside.

Check-in is normally 2 pm but you may be able to get in your room before that if you let us know ahead of time. Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.

We have parking for our customers renting canoes. We do not offer parking separately.
